There are many laws, in the United States that were established by the Civil Rights Acts of 1964 and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), which deal with the employment of people in America. Child Labor Laws Child Labor Laws restrict the hiring and abuse of young workers, which include the youths and individuals under the age of sixteen years. Dunlop (1994) argues that Child Labor Laws protect the employment of young workers in jobs that are too dangerous and risky for their safety and health, and their educational opportunities. These laws also list about seventeen occupations that are said to be hazardous and too dangerous for young workers. However, it pays its non-exempt employees about 1.5 times their hourly rate when they work overtime for more than 40 hours in a work week. The other compounds that form are radioactive isotopes formed by the interaction of the shock waves and the emitted materials.
